What is included: note: there are no cooking or washing up facilities,we provide all clean crockery on a daily basis. The Barn interior: breakfast room with table chairs breakfast bar, and a single bed,as we are able to accommodate 3 persons (Adults with child above the age of 12)please ask about charges for third person. Walk in wet room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Hall with fridge, kettle crockery,toaster, ironing board and iron, and a selection of hot drinks.first aid box fire extinguisher. Main bedroom has double bed TV, sofa and armchair, clothes hanging unit,bedside cabinets, lamps. use of private self contained accommodation, gazebo seating area, and free disposable barbecue. All cutlery crockery, towels,bed linen,pillows iron ironing board, hair dryer,mini fridge toaster kettle, tea towels etc.. outside is a gazebo area, and barbecue area, with table and chairs.An ashtray is provided, and smoking is permitted in this area only. Southrepps has its own treasures with a pretty church and a nature reserve at the end of the lane.We often have deer in the back field and the Marsh Harriers fly overhead. Forty Winks.....What makes us different? When you book Forty Winks you are booking a private unit with private seating area and parking, not just a room, but a whole barn unit. We can provide printed weather guide and maps for walks, directions and any information you need, and we will even book meals out, arrange special Birthday surprises, order cakes and flowers...if you want to make it perfect for that special person in your life. Some B&Bs prefer you not to bring in your own evening meal from a take-away....we are happy for you to do this and we will even provide the salt vinegar and sauce, and wash up after you!, and bring back your clean crockery and cutlery. Most B&Bs have a set time for breakfast....because we provide you with a self serve continental breakfast, you can choose when to eat it,day night...or make a packed lunch to take out with you, it is your daily supply and your choice. Some B&Bs would rather you were out of the accommodation most of the day...we only require you to give us access at a mutually agreed time for a couple of hours each day so we can add supplies, empty bins, change towels etc. Our B&B also has a bell system, which links across to our cottage, and we are there to be of assistance as much or as little as you desire. Fort winks has its own parking and gazebo area, and a barbecue area and we supply a free disposable barbecue for you.
